Client MALS-11 · U.S. Marine Corps

Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 11 (MALS-11) provides intermediate-level aviation maintenance and supply support to the operational squadrons of Marine Aircraft Group 11 — keeping mission-critical aircraft mission-ready.

Before Hawk's engagement, MALS-11 inventory was managed by hand — paper logs, manual counts, and disconnected workflows that introduced delay, error, and accountability gaps. Hawk re-engineered the operation end-to-end.

The new digital warehouse went live in March 2026, having achieved full Authority to Operate (ATO) through the government eMASS accreditation process. Hawk took MALS-11 from kickoff to live, accredited production in just nine months.
